We Must Unite Now
United We Are Stronger
Christian Employers Alliance unites Christian employers to help impact the flourishing of organizations and communities. We work collaboratively with many organizations to affirm and encourage the critical importance of faith in the workplace, as well as to protect the Constitutional right to freely exercise Christian values in the workplace, which also provides additional means for employers to witness their faith to employees and others. Our leadership and legal counsel is uniquely motivated and qualified to serve and advocate for Christian employers.
By joining our ministry, CEA member employers can access information and practical solutions regarding faith & work resources, complex regulatory matters, market power, and wisdom in dealing with governmental mandates contrary to Christian values.
Christian employers exercising their faith in the workplace is an essential aspect of our economy and witnessing faith daily. The Christian Employers Alliance’s team of experienced business people, ministry leaders, and religious liberty attorneys understands the needs of and values of Christian employers and works tirelessly to provide awareness of many related resources and defend Christian Employers’ First Amendment right to exercise their faith in their workplaces.
“I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.“
1 Corinthians 1:10
Why Unite Now?
The federal government’s Affordable Care Act and at least 28 states have some form of the mandate to include coverage for abortion-inducing drugs or devices and related counseling services. There are an increasing number of proposed state and federal mandates or restrictions with which Christian employers cannot in good conscience comply.
Christians must work together to protect their ability to freely exercise their faith in the workplace, including providing morally-compliant health coverage for employees. Whether facing state or federal abortifacient mandates or other threats to religious liberty, Christian employers need not stand alone. Now is the time to unite and find strength, viability, and support for the challenges ahead through the tools offered by CEA.
