Terms and Conditions

  • The corporation/organization hereby applies for membership in the Christian Employers Alliance (“CEA”).
  • For Profit Members: The corporation represents that: (I) Christians (or trusts or other entities wholly controlled by Christians) own 51% or more of the corporation, (II) 51% or more of the members of the corporation’s governing bodies, if any, are Christians, and (III) either the corporation’s owners or its governing body has adopted, or will within 90 days of this application adopt, a written policy or resolution committing the company to only provide health care benefits that are consistent with Christian values. (The terms “Christian” and “Christian Values” are defined in Article I of the CEA’s Bylaws, Click Here).
  • Non-Profit Members: The organization represents, that it is a Christian employer committed to providing health care benefits consistent with Christian values. Either the organization’s executives or its governing body had adopted, or will within 90 days of this application adopt, a written policy or resolution committing the organization to only provide health care benefits that are consistent with Christian values. (The terms “Christian” and “Christian Values” are defined in Article I of the CEA’s Bylaws Click Here).
  • As a condition of membership in the CEA, the corporation/organization agrees to pay dues to the CEA, as determined by the CEA’s Board of Directors. As of the date of this application, dues are as follows:
    • $50mo/$600yr 1-50 employees
    • $100mo/$1200yr 51-150 employees
    • $150mo/$1800yr 151-250 employees
    • $225mo/$2700yr 251-400 employees
    • $300mo/$3600yr 401+ employees
  • The corporation/organization hereby represents that it has authority to apply for membership in the CEA.
  • The corporation/organization and owners/leadership have read and agreed to the CEA Statement of Faith and Ethical Convictions (Click Here).
